After two years, it’s finally time for Barbados’ biggest culinary festival. Your tastebuds will be tantalized with delectable Bajan cuisine and delicious rum cocktails.

‘Oistins Under the Stars’ – Thursday

The festival kicks off with an authentic Bajan Fish Fry at Barbados’ premier fishing village. Nobody does Fish like a Bajan, so you must taste it for yourself! This event will be hosted by Worst Cook in America host and international Chef Anne Burrell and will feature local chef Creig Greenidge. The price? FREE!

‘Chef Classics’ – Friday

This is your chance to learn the best culinary secrets from world-renowned chefs at this cooking demo. You have a choice to learn from four international chefs. 

‘Rum Route’- Friday

We are taking the party to the world-renowned St. Lawrence Gap! The Gap will be transformed into an exciting street party with access to all restaurants and bars. Delicious eats and specialty cocktails will be available. Dance your night away in the party capital of Barbados.

‘Rise & Rum’ – Saturday

As the sun rises, the vibes begin. This will be an all-inclusive event featuring local food, rum, and entertainment against the picturesque backdrop of one of Barbados’ best beaches. This event truly embodies island paradise. 

‘Journey of Food’ – Saturday

Experience an intimate dinner at Barbados’ finest restaurants hosted by renowned international chefs. 

‘Liquid Gold Feast’- Sunday

And it all ends with one epic grand finale…Liquid Gold Feast. The one event you shouldn’t miss! The most luxurious feast, filled with delicious delicacies from 14 talented chefs and premium cocktails from 7 liquid artists! A night to truly get a taste of Barbados.
